Our MAR-YZ40A Hydraulic Tensioner is designed to handle tension stringing operations for a variety of materials including steel wire ropes, conductors, and earth wires. Its bullwheel boasts a lining of highly abrasion-resistant MC nylon material with an ultra-wide groove spacing.
One of the standout features of this product is its ability to maintain constant tension during conductor stringing, thanks to its infinitely variable tension control system. In the event of hydraulic failure, the spring-applied, hydraulically released multi-plate brake engages automatically, ensuring operational safety.
